The InStride Health application provides patients and caregivers with convenient access to essential information regarding their InStride Health care journey. Users can:

• View detailed information about appointments with their InStride care team
• Access appointments directly within the application
• Review Goals and Assignments provided by their care team, and mark them as completed
• Engage in real-time chat conversations with their assigned coach
• For caregivers managing multiple patients, the app offers the ability to view appointments, goals, and engage in chat conversations with the respective coach assigned to each patient
